Each 45-minute session begins with a brief check-in to assess needs. Therapists use intuitive assessment and hands-on techniques tailored to you, blending relaxation, deep-tissue work, and energy balancing to relieve tension and promote emotional release.
Booking is easy through BH MASSAGE online scheduler or by phone. Pre-paid packages can be applied at checkout. If you prefer, we’ll reserve recurring times to ensure consistency and hold your appointments in advance.
BH MASSAGE asks for 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling to protect appointment availability. Missed appointments without adequate notice may forfeit that session. For pre-paid packages, we’ll work with you on exceptions for emergencies or documented conflicts.
Coverage varies by plan and diagnosis. BH MASSAGE can provide receipts and CPT codes upon request to submit for reimbursement. Check your insurance or HSA/FSA benefits and call us if you need documentation or a medical referral for coverage.
